Tracy D. Suttles served for 21 years as the sole principal and managing partner of real estate development and acquisition firm NBC Properties (also referred to as NBC Holdings). Under Tracy Suttles’ tenure, which took place from 1986 until 2007, Houston-based NBC professionally managed over seven thousand residential apartment units, as well as over 1.6 million square feet of office and retail space all over the United States.

Tracy Suttles was also responsible for the successful completion of new construction properties totaling over 750,000 square feet, as well as multiple successful renovation development projects. Combined valuation of all new construction under Tracy has been listed at well over one billion dollars.

As the current operating president of Natural Resources Management, Tracy Suttles is continuing his property establishment endeavors, including the renovations of the Radisson Hotel in Sheffield, Alabama, and the Crowne Plaza in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

A native of Houston, Texas, Tracy Suttles is an honors graduate of Concordia Lutheran University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree. Tracy also serves on the board of directors for several charitable organizations around the community, including the Boys and Girls Club of America and the Houston Museum of Fine Arts.
